WHO CAN BUY FROM DAGNYDEAL?
The store is intended for companies and professional wholesale buyers. During registration, provide complete company and address details. Prices are visible after signing in.
WHAT DOES MOQ MEAN?
MOQ means Minimum Order Quantity. In our store the MOQ is normally one complete pack. The exact pack size is shown on the product page.
WHAT DOES QUANTITY “1” IN THE CART MEAN?
Quantity 1 means one complete pack, not one individual piece. For example, if the pack size is 25 units, adding quantity 1 adds 25 individual units to the order.
CAN I ORDER PART OF A PACK?
No. Products are sold in complete packs unless the product page explicitly states otherwise.
WHERE CAN I SEE THE AVAILABLE QUANTITY?
The product page shows the available number of packs and, where provided, the equivalent number of individual units.
ARE THESE BLIND BOXES?
No. Dagnydeal does not offer blind-box products. Each offer identifies the product and provides the available commercial information.
CAN I NEGOTIATE THE PRICE?
Yes. For larger quantities or recurring orders, contact sales@dagnydeal.pl or WhatsApp +48 727 932 411. Include the product name or EAN, requested number of packs, company details and delivery destination.
DOES ADDING A PRODUCT TO THE CART RESERVE IT?
No. Adding a product to the cart does not reserve stock. Availability is secured only after the order or an individual offer has been confirmed.
HOW CAN I ASK ABOUT DELIVERY?
Send the delivery country, postal code and requested number of packs to our sales team. This allows us to check the appropriate transport option for a larger wholesale order.
